While the teachers were away, the students were at play. They were given time to experience a wood workshop where they built fully functional squirrel feeders.
One of our own clients spoke to the experience that it “was not my first, however, I can confidently say it was the best and most rewarding time spent in a woodshop.” He goes on to describe how everyone was either taught about or refamiliarized with the necessary equipment.
Furthermore, some students expressed their interest in a continued course to better help them understand the ins and outs of these life skills, or to have insight into more possible career choices.
